Bideawee has begun collecting entries for the 4th Annual “Love Your Pet Art Contest and Expo” in Westhampton. From now until February 5th, children in grades K – 8 are encouraged to display their love for animals through art. The show accepts all mediums and entries must be accompanied by a Bideawee Art Expo submission form to be eligible to win. Winners in each grade category will receive prizes from sponsors Splish Splash, Dave & Busters and Tanger Outlets in addition to being featured in an upcoming Bideawee newsletter. Winners will also be entered into a special Facebook contest and one will win an exclusive tour and lunch at Bideawee for their entire class.
A public showing of the first 300 entries received will take place at the Bideawee U Learning Center in Westhampton on Saturday, February 11, 2012 for all to see. A $5 donation will grant you entrance into the show to view the array of artwork showcasing children’s love for animals and help continue to care for the pets in need at Bideawee.
